Library [part two]

After searching for weeks and weeks I think I got got something. Sadly, I also found that I should not tell some things in way to protect some people. And unfortunately, it seems that the last pieces of the story were not in the reports. Besides our favorite blasphemous entity made a couple of apparitions at the place.

After I found a carpet we some reports and data on them I read something that I was actually waiting for. At the night, back then in the excursion, all the company made a night walk [Something that reminds until this days at the youth formation groups here I must say]. Here the company [most of them from 17 to 21 years old] spent the night patrolling around all the field and climbing rocks. It was until 2 am when things started to go to hell.

Firstly, the group were walking next to a river when something seemed to be yelling in low at a distance, in a painful yet tire way . Here the men found the Cadet guy who disappeared that afternoon, all punched, dirty, and with an arm torn off.. the dam arm also disappeared! .. But at least he was alive. I can almost imagine the reaction of the men while seeing this partner in the floor massively bleeding all the place. the report was quite descriptive, and disgusting.

After giving some first aids to the Cadet the first Officer commanded for a cancelation of that noght activities, ordering everyone to repot at the headquaters and preoare for departure, after all they also needed to go to the hospital [wrapping around a bleeding in some old leathers is not a good way to take care of a injury, you know?].

But now, there was another problem with it. The searching group, the one organized by the second Officer to localize the missing Cadet, have not reported since they departure early that night. Since the Cadet fainted there was no way to know what happened to him. Maybe this little group was in worse danger. So the fisrt Officer ordered the start of the departure, staying behind with other 6 elements and two cars. They were not leaving until they find their lost comrades.

After approximately a half hour they found the missing arm being eaten by a wild-.. ... I think I can skip that part..
After one hour after that disgusting image, the elements were able to heard something at the distant. It was the crying of kids. The report said that the elements were able to heard at least 5 different cries.

The first Officer look at the elements and nodded, then all of them drag out their crossbows [I'm actually reading a document about thye main activities in the excercises for about 15 years ago, and apparently they hunted and recollected their own food]. Silentfully the Officer approched from were the crying seemed to came from. The report describe the place as a 'wasted natural deformity made by the flow of the river', I asume it referred to a waterfall or something. The place was surrounded by walls of natural rocks and just one   entering side by simple look. In there were homemade torches placed in strategical places to provide a decent vision of the entire place.

Here they saw everything. Three men in dark red robes in front of some type of rock made altar. The altar was  painted in blood. No sign of the kids, just some animals rests at the bottom of the altar.
